I, Dan Tveite, the Economic Development Authority Executive President, hereby
request a closed meeting of the Economic Development Authority on Monday, October
17, 2022, at 5:45 p.m. or immediately following the regular EDA Meeting for the
following:

to determine the asking price for real or personal property to be sold by the

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
