Receive public comments and continue the public hearing to November 7, 2022.
Background/Discussion
The applicant continues to work with the wetland/TEP panel to finalize wetland locations and impacts proposed
as part of their proposed project. The outstanding questions are expected to be resolved soon, allowing the plat to
be finalized and ready for Council approval. Staff will bring the plat forward for Council’s consideration once the
updated wetland impacts/boundaries are included in the plat.
