EDA properties at 13566 and 13530 185 St. have been marketed for commercial use for several years. Each is
zoned C-3 for typical commercial and retail uses. A developer and operator of apartments has recently inquired
about the site to see if the EDA would consider selling the property for low- to mid-density residential units. This
is a preliminary discussion on whether the EDA would consider expanding its preferred uses of the site to include
multi-family residential.
