Background/Discussion The Elk River Police Department has been awarded $77,400 in grant money for Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) enforcement. The grant requires City Council approval, and signature of the police chief and city clerk. The attached resolution will be sent to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for finalization of the grant. Once the resolution is signed, the final draft of the grant agreement will be sent to the Elk River Police Department for signature and finalization.
