Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the hiring of Logan Hemmesch as a paid on-call firefighter effective November 7, 2022.
Background/Discussion
Eight on-call firefighters were hired at the October 17, 2022, City Council meeting.
Mr. Hemmesch’s pre-employment testing was not completed so he was not included on that list. We are now
ready to recommend his hiring.
This will bring our current staffing level to 52 of 60 authorized positions.
Financial Impact
These are budgeted positions.
