Action Requested
Accept, by motion, the developer installed public improvements, and begin the t��o-yTear warrantyT period.
Background/Discussion
This past �Tear, the cityT had numerous developers complete the public improvements described in their approved
development agreements. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The improvements have
been inspected byT cityT staff, and it has been determined theyT meet the standards described in cityT codes and
policies.
The developments noted below have met the standards and their Yespective improvements are accepted as of the
date included.
