Staff Update

DISCUSSION:
Staff continues working with the trial of the third cloud -based phone system and is
pleased with the functionality. We are expecting to make a decision on which system to
move forward with after the trial.
• We are working with City of Elk River IT staff to investigate storage expansion of the
servers for future needs. We are also working to upgrade the software for the GIS
servers.
• 1 have been assisting Technical Services with various substation projects.
