The property owner at 360 Holt Avenue has requested their address be changed to a 4 Street address as that is
where the front door and garage are located.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as
PID# 75-405-2010 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-405-2010, and currently assigned the street
address as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street address as
shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
