Adopt, by motion, an ordinance changing the address of 17451 Twin Lakes Road NW to 17453 Twin Lakes Road
NW.
Background/Discussion
The property identified as 75-002-4320 currently has an address of 17451 Twin Lakes Road for the house that will
be removed. The house will be removed to allow for the construction of an apartment building. In order to keep
the building permits separate between the house and apartment, the city is changing the address of the property
for the new apartment.
The new address assigned to the parcel will now be 17453 Twin Lakes Road NW.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as
PID# 75-002-4320 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-002-4320, and currently assigned the street
address as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street address as
shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
