psychological testing we recommend Bailey Roscoe to the position of police officer.
Ms. Roscoe holds an associates degree in law enforcement and has worked as a loss prevention officer at Scheels
and is currently working as a community service officer for the Waite Park Police Department. She is excited for
the opportunities Elk River has to offer.
