An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as
PID# 7S-002-4320 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-002-4320, and currently assigned the street
address as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re -assigned to the street address as
shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 21" day of November 2022.
