I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting
President Tveite stated the EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute
13D.05, Subd. 3(c)(1) to determine the asking price for real or personal property to
be sold by the government entity. The property discussed is: PID #75-820-0105, also
known as 10835 170' Ave. NW, Elk River.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the closed meeting of
the Elk River Economic Development Authority at 6:22 p.m.
