Approve, by motion, a closed meeting for Monday, December 5, 2022, immediately following the City Council
meeting at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
Background/Discussion
Council is asked to call a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.03, subd., 1(b) to review and discuss labor
negotiation proposals and consider negotiation strategies for Patrol Union, LELS Local #231.
Per State law, closed meetings involving labor negotiations are required to be approved ahead of time at an open
meeting. Majority vote is required, and the time and place must be announced at the meeting.
