1. Charlie Blesener — Economic Development Authority
Term Expiration: December 31, 2028
2. Dennis Chuba — Housing and Redevelopment Authority
Term Expiration: December 31, 2027
3. Michelle Hegarty — Library Board
Term Expiration: December 31, 2025
Background/Discussion
Per Advisory Board and Commission Policy, the Mayor shall make appointments to the Economic Development
Authority, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and Library Board with approval of the Council.

With the completion of a strategic plan, and the impending completion of the 169 Redefine,
the EDA and the City of Elk River are positioned to make significant planning and economic
development decisions that could have long-lasting positive impacts. I'd like to continue to
participate in those processes to help create the best possible positive outcomes.
