SUBJECT: Debris/Brush Cleanup
The brush cleanup from the wind storm on 9/21/05 is completed and I believe it has been
very successful. The Street Department staff picked up tree limbs and brush from over 120
residences. Many residents hauled their own tree debris to the compost site.
The volume of brush that has been collected since the September wind storm is equal to 6
months collection on an average year. The contract brush grinder has processed 2
mammoth brush piles within the last 30 days.
