Councilmember Motin is a member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (BRA) and he
will provide a verbal HRA update at the City Council meeting. Below is a summary of recent HRA
meetings:
. The HRA held its regular meeting on October 3, 2005. It was of HRA consensus to begin
work on a formal redevelopment plan for downtown north ofHwy 10.
. The HRA held a special meeting on October 17, 2005 and recommended that the Council
make amendments to the MetroPlains Development Agreement.
The next regular meeting of the HRA is December 5, 2005.
