Approve by motion the 2023 meeting dates for the Multipurpose Facility Advisory Commission.
Background/Discussion
At the September 12, 2022, MPFAC meeting, there was consensus to change the meeting schedule to every other
month. To provide a consistent schedule, staff proposes keeping meetings the second Monday of every other
month in 2023. The attachment shows these dates, as well as the standing agenda items to be discussed at each
meeting.
Financial Impact
Ensure the MPFAC follows the city budgetary process needed to successfully operate the facility.
