Action Requested
Accept, by motion, the developer installed public improvements, and begin the two-year warranty period.
Background/Discussion
This past year, the city had numerous developers complete the public improvements required by their approved
development agreements. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The improvements have
been inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards described in city codes and
policies.
The developments noted below have met the standards and their respective improvements are accepted as of the
date noted.

Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the development
agreement. The warranty period will expire two years from the date of acceptance
