Action Requested
Extend the date to complete the required conditions to October 21, 2023.
Background/Discussion
The request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow operation of an auto
repair facility at 21475 Highway 169 was approved by the council
during their October 21, 2019, meeting with seven conditions of
approval.
In December 2021, the applicant requested a one-year extension to
finalize site and building amenities.
The applicant continues to make progress on the project and again is
requesting for an extension until October 21, 2023, to complete the
required conditions.

Hi Chris,
I need an extension to October 31, 2023 due to the economy and the back log of materials
and contractors. We are unable to supply permits from the state in a timely manner for the
plumbing to be installed underground which is first before the electric and in floor heat and
cement. Because of this, the cement contractors won't be able to get in here until next spring
which slows down my equipment to be installed. We are moving forward as quickly as
possible.
