Receive an update from Hardin Companies regarding EDA properties and discuss 2023 brokerage plans.
Background/Discussion
Ryan Hardin of Hardin Companies will be present to discuss the three EDA properties being listed by the
brokerage firm and recent activity on the properties. Of note, the Tyler Street/North Star property under contract
to Onyx Partners has neared the end of the due diligence period, and recently Onyx provided notice they are
unable to move forward with the project.
Also, Hardin Companies’ listing agreement with the EDA will expire in early 2023. Staff would like to discuss the
EDA’s intentions on brokerage services for 2023.
