Recognition of Employee Longevity — Jenny Biorn, 8 years
ACTION REQUESTED:
Recognize Jenny Biorn for 8 years of service and award the Longevity Bonus paycheck.
BACKGROUND:
In September 2021, the Commission approved a Longevity Pay benefit to be paid to qualifying,
eligible employees
based on their years of service according to the schedule below.

DISCUSSION:
Jenny Biorn has been an employee with ERMU since 12/1/2014 and, therefore, has earned the
8-year longevity pay benefit. We recognize Jenny and all her contributions to the success of
ERMU through her service.
