Field Services Facility Expansion Project Update

DISCUSSION:
Grading for the entire site is expected to be complete by the end of the week of December 5,
with installation of the filtration basin starting on December 12. We expect the final grading,
south retaining wall, gravel, curb, and pavement will be completed in the spring.
Most of staff is working out of the new building and continue to work on organizing and getting
a feel for the new space. RJM Construction continues to work through punch lists and
outstanding items, including electrical, HVAC, and controls items we are noticing as we
continue to use the space.
Handrail systems for the building are expected to arrive during the week of December 19, with
installation scheduled for the week of December 26.
ERMU has requested an update on the third party structural engineers report on the floor slab
and will provide a verbal update at the commission meeting.
