Per state la`v, MN Statute Chapter 18, the ma�Tor is designated as the cit�-'s official weed inspector and the cit�T mayT
appoint assistant weed inspectoYs.

The Environmental Administrator position previouslyT was the `veed inspector. That position has since been
eliminated so a new assistant inspector should be appointed.
