Special meeting of the Village Council held at the offices of the Elk River Lumber Co.
Members present J.H. Virgin, President, Bert Carr, Trustee, M.P. Williams, Clerk
Meeting was called to order by the President at 8 P.M.
There was a motion made by J.H. Virgin that the council be authorized to appoint special police to

Motion adopted and passed by the council. No further business. Council adjourned.
