VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 7, 1920
Special meeting of the Village Council held in the offices of the Elk River Lumber Co on Tuesday
Sept 7, 1920.
Members present J.H. Virgin, President, Chas Selhauer, Trustee, Bert Carr, Trustee, D.W.
Longfellow, Trustee, M.P. Williams, Clerk
Meeting called to order by the president at 8 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting was to take care of necessary business at this time.
Motion made by D.W. Longfellow and seconded by Chas Selhauer that the following bills be
allowed the Community Club of Elk River for $50.00 to help fix the ladies rest room and a warrant
be issued for same.
Motion accepted and passed by the council.
Motion made by J.H. Virgin that the following bills be allowed and warrants issued for some motion
seconded by D.W. Longfellow.
Motion accepted and passed by the Council.
