VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
FEBRUARY 14, 1921
Special meeting of the Village Council was held in the office of the Elk River Lumber Co on Feb 14,
1921.
Members present J.H. Virgin, President, D.W. Longfellow, Bert Carr, Trustees
Meeting called to order by the president at 8:10 p.m.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved by the council.
Motion made by D.W. Longfellow and seconded by Bert Carr that the clerk write the Minneapolis
Fire Dept their appreciation of the response to our call to the fire which burned out the
Bldg.
Motion accepted and passed by the council.
Motion made by D.W. Longfellow and seconded that ordinance No. one be adopted this date Feb
14, 1921. Ordinance number one is an ordinance.
