VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL

Regular meeting of the Village Council was held in the office of the Elk River Lumber Co March 8,
1921.
Members present J.H. Virgin, President and M.P. Williams Clerk
Meeting called to order at 8:30 p.m.
There not being enough members present to transact business it was decided to call a special
meeting at an early date.
