Motion made by J.H. Virgin and second Bert Carr the resignation of Fire Chief Madson be accepted.
Motion accepted and passed by the council.
Motion made by J.H. Virgin second Bert Carr that the appointment of Fred Ayers be accepted as
Fire Chief.
Motion accepted and passed by the council.
Motion made by J.H. Virgin and second Bert Carr that C.E. Booth be appointed as Justice of Peace.
Motion accepted and passed by the council.
Motion made by Bert Carr and second J.H. Virgin the following bills be allowed.
