Special meeting of the Village Council held in the office of the Elk River Lbr Co Aug 8, 1921 at 8:15
p.m.
Members present J.H. Virgin, President, Bert Carr, Trustee, M.P. Williams, Clerk
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Motion made by J.H. Virgin second by Bert Carr that a flat rate of $73.00 per month be charged the
Twin City Milk Producers Assn for water and rate to be in effect until further action by the council.
Motion accepted by the council. Motion made by J.H. Virgin second Bert Carr the following bills be
allowed.
