VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 8, 1921
Regular meeting of the Village Council held in the office the Elk River Lumber Co Nov 8, 1921.
Members present J.H. Virgin, President, Bert Carr, Trustee, M.P. Williams, Clerk
Meeting called to order by the President at 8:15 p.m.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Mr. Fred Ayres, Joe Ludvik, and Pat Davis was present
representing the Fire Dept in regard to the Fire syren \[sic\] which is not in working order. Mr. F.
Ayres was instructed to take the matter up with W.S. Nolt and Co.
Motion made by Bert Carr and second J.H. Virgin the following bills be allowed and warrants issued
for same.
