Special meeting of the Village Council held in the office of the Elk River Lmbr Co March 21, 2022.
Members present J.H. Virgin, President, Bert Carr, Trustee, M.P. Williams, Clerk
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Motion made by J.H. Virgin and second Bert Carr that the insurance be renewed on the fire
apparatus to the amount of $2200.
Motion accepted by the Council. Motion made by J.H. Virgin and second Bert Carr that the
following bills be allowed and warrants be issued for some.
