VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 1, 1924
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Monday Dec 1, 1924 at the Library Room.
Present – Roland K. Wilson, Pres, Geo Cornelius, L.L. Bishop, and B.E. Fournier Trustees. Clerk
absent unable to attend.
Meeting called to order by the Pres. at 8 o’clock P.M.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed

W.H. Clements St. labor 12.50
H.R. Caley Hdw Co 6.12
Congdon Hdw Co brushes 3.75
E.R. Library Assn salary and lights 56.00
E.R. Power and Light Co repairs 8.40
Fred Ayers work on hydrants 17.25
R.A. Hastings atty fees 5.00
Fournier Drug Co fumigators 4.75
Proposition regarding flooding skating rink was brought before the Council.
On motion the council agrees to furnish water for flooding rink free of charge, provided some
person be put in charge of building rink and flooding same who meets with the approval of the
Council.
No further business appearing on motion meeting adjourned.
