Present – Roland K Wilson, Pres, Geo Cornelius, L.L. Bishop, W.F. Chadbourne, Trustees

Meeting called to order by the President at 8 o’clock P.M.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and clerk instructed to draw warrants for
their respective amounts:
E.R. Building Co rent of library room to April 1-25 90.00
E.R. Library Assn electricity on acct 16.90
Middlestadt Bros labor on meters 1.50
Mid-West Oil Co gas at pump house 17.40

H.R. Caly valve and repairs 1.50
