VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
MAY 4, 1925
Regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the Library Room on Monday May 4, 1925
Present – Roland K Wilson, Pres, Geo Cornelius, L.L. Bishop, B.E. Fournier, Trustees
Visitors – Dr. Melgaard and Fred Ayers
Meeting called to order by the Pres at 8 o'clock P.M.
The bond of T.H. Daly Village Treas was presented and on motion accepted.
Dr. Melgaard milk inspector presented the following applications from parties asking asking for
license to sell milk and cream in the village and recommended that licenses be granted to the
persons named below
P.V. Christian, Guy LaPlant, J.W. Parker, and Herman Gruepner
On motion their request was granted an clerk instructed to issue license.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed
Miller-Davis Co blanks for JP office 19.21
Daly Auto Co rent of engine room 12.00
Caley Hdw Co goods at water works .37
Fred Ayers labor on hydrants 24.10
Maurice Goodwin tapping main 2 times 4.00
