Meeting called to order by the Pres at 8 o’clock P.M.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed

Waterous Fire Engine Works 4 hydrants 25.00
Caley Hdw Co goods for water works 2.54
E.R. Fire Depmt attending fire 13.00
Fred Ayers labor on hydrants 16.50
Star News printing proceedings 3.75
