VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
JANUARY 4, 1926
The regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the Library Room on Monday Jan 4, 1926
Present – Roland K Wilson, Pres, L.L. Bishop, Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk
Meeting called to order by the Pres at 8 o’clock P.M.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed
Lawrence Cornelius reading meters 5.00
Fred Ayers labor at waterworks 1.75
L.L. Bishop goods for Mrs. Nogle and F.J. Otto needy 3.38
E.R. Power and Light Co repairs st. lights 22.00
Charles Roggatz coal for F.J. Otto needy 10.48
Star News printing 5.00
B.E. Fournier Trustee was instructed to see that an alarm signal was put in and connected with Tel.
Central Office to call the Marshal or Sheriff in case of need.
No further business appearing meeting adjourned.
