VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 1, 1926
The regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Monday March 1, 1926 at the Library Room
Present –Geo Cornelius, L.L. Bishop, Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk
Meeting called to order by Geo Cornelius Trustee (Pres. Wilson being absent)
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed
Daly Auto Co repairs fire engine 2.80
Star News printing proceedings 1.75
Miller-Davis Co blank book 1.00
W.F. Chadbourne clerk postage 1925 8.00
Fred Ayers labor on fire apparatus 1.50
E.R. Fire Depmt Longfellow car fire 15.00
T.H. Daly Treas. postage and extra help 80.00
Total 110.05
The Clerk was instructed to see about having an ordinance drafted in regard to stop signals at R.R.
Crossing making it a misdemeanor not to obey the signal.
No further business meeting adjourned.
