VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 2, 1926
The Regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the Library Room on Monday Aug 2, 1926
Present – Roland K. Wilson, Pres, Geo Cornelius, L.L. Bishop, Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk
Meeting called to order by the President at 8 o’clock P.M.
Plans and specification were presented to the Council by the Toltz King and Day Co Inc. Engineers
of a Sewer System for the Village of Elk River showing the location of all sewages and detail of cost
of same.
Clerk was authorized to have out made of same and published in Star News with brief description of
same in order to bring the matter before the public.
Donald E Davis Secy, Co Fair Assn cause before the Council asking for a donation in support of the
Fair to be held this fall.
It was decided to wait until our next regular meeting before acting upon his request.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed. Clerk authorized to draw order for same.
