Richard and Mrs. Grays with Fred Pierce and Joe Beckman appeared before the board and
presented about the planning to build. He stated that the plat was from 46” to 60” depth. He stated
that the Town Board could get dirt form bank along the ditch. It was agreed to have a contractor
with Jerry Spenson and the board along with Richard Grays look at the road to see what was best to
be done.
P.S. It was agreed by the board that the road shall be built across the big ditch where the dirt is to be
hauled from.
