ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
December 3, 1962
The town board met as usual with all members present. The first order of business was Mr. & Mrs.
Goddard appeared before the board. Mr. Goddard discussed his plans for the road into his place.
The road is built 22 ft off Ben Cox and 44 ft from Mr. Goddard.
Next a group from the Big Lake Monticello Hospital group met with the board. They plan to send
out brochures in this area to see if there was interest for a hospital.
