ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
December 3, 1963
The town board met at special session for a road hearing on the road known as the Goddard Road.
After viewing said road a motion was made by M. Peterson and seconded by Everett Specht that the
Town of Elk River accept said road as a town road. Motion carried. Richard Hestrap (?) and Ben
Cox attended as well as members of the board. The Clerk was instructed to file record with County
Auditor.
