ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
May 3, 1965
The town board of Elk River Township met at the court house in Monthly session. As there were
some present for gopher bounties this was first taken care of. Gene Zappa and Roger E. appeared to
request a resurface of the town road in the Larson addition. They asked the horseshoe be tarred. No
action taken. A beer license was granted to the E.R. Athletic association. Les Spear and his neighbor
met with the town board. They wanted to see if there was a town road on the township line.
