Present: R.E. Darr Pres., Justice de-Booy, W.P. Rhoda and S.M. Grockett trustees and W.F.
Ghadbour???, recorder.
Meeting was called to order by Pres at 8:00 p.m.
The minutes of last meeting read and approved.
