Present: R.E. Dare Pres. Justus de-Booy, S.M. Crockett, W.P. Rhoda Trustees and W.F.

Meeting called to order by President.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
M.K. Iliff – Marshall fees June 20, 1907, Iowa picnic - $6.00
Frank Hall – on contract - $275.00
Geo. Jones – hauling gravel (order no. 1565) - $26.50
O.W. Hall – street work (? To Frank Hall) - $18.00
