Minutes of the proceeding of the Village Council of the Village of Elk River in the County of
Sherburne and State of Minnesota including all accounts audited by said Council.
Common Council met at the store of R.E. Dare August 2, 1907
Present: R.E. Dare Pres. S.M., Crockett and W.P. Rhoda Trustees and W.F. Ghadboune, Recorder
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed.
J.L.A. Nickerson – assessor 1907 - $52.00
Frank Hall to apply on sidewalk contract - $215.00
H???ner Mercantile Co. - $12.72
W.L. Babcock - ??? - $3.47
Brown Tscacy and Sherry Co. – book & ex $4.75
R.E. Dare - $8.30
M.K. Iliff – Marshall fees to date - $30.00
On motion H.C. Hastings was appointed city weighmaster for season at $2.00 per day.
