VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 3, 1907
Minutes of the proceeding of the Village Council of the Village of Elk River in the County of
Sherburne and State of Minnesota including all accounts audited by said Council.
Common council met at the store of R.E. Dare September 7, 1907 at 3:00 p.m.
Present: R.E. Dare, President, Justus de-Booy trustee and W.R. Ghadboune, recorder.
The committee on sidewalk made the following report we find that Frank Hall sidewalk contractor
has bid the following walk for the Village of Elk River:
382 yds of street crossing @ $1.40 per yard = $ 534.80
1509 yds of sidewalk @ $.73 per yard = $1,101.57
Total $1,636.37
The village has already paid Hall a total of $1,040.00
Leaving a balance of $ 596.37
On motion, bill of Frank Hall for said balance of $596.37 was allowed.
The following other bills were allowed:
H.G. Hastings – 12 days at ?ety Scales - $24.00
N.D. Tru???bull – street work - $14.50
Frank Hall – street work - $7.25
Justus de-Booy – street work - $1.00
