VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 26, 1907
Minutes of the proceeding of the Village Council of the Village of Elk River in the County of
Sherburne and State of Minnesota including all accounts audited by said Council.
Common council met at the store of R.E. Dare September 26, 1907 at 3:00 p.m.
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, Justus de-Booy, S.M. Crockett trustees and W.J. Ghadboune, recorder.
The following bills were presented and allowed:

John Bither – Marshall fees – order 1594 ? - $50.00
John Paul – fixing scales – order 1595 ? – $3.00
Justus deBooy – money ??ce – order 1596 - $2.00
H.C. Hastings – city weighning – order 1957 - $36.00
Justus deBooy reported that he has purchased 6 street la??? for Village at $15.00 a piece, including
posts.
