VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
NOVEMBER 18, 1907
Minutes of the proceeding of the Village Council of the Village of Elk River in the County of
Sherburne and State of Minnesota including all accounts audited by said Council.
Common council met at the store of R.E. Dare November 18, 1907 at 3:00 p.m.
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, W.P. Rhoda and S.M. Crockett trustee and W.F. Ghadboune, recorder.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
The Patterson Street Lighting Co. – 15 lamps - $137.00
Brown Tracy and ??? Co. – bal due on book - $3.00
Lee Blaback – street work - $4.50
L. Pollard – street work - $4.00
John Bither – bal due as night watchman - $13.39
Heebner Mercantile Co. – gasoline - $3.00
Dr. G. E. Page – fumegating - $15.00
F.T. White – insurance on Fire Engine - $40.25
