VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
FEBRUARY 22, 1908
Minutes of the proceeding of the Village Council of the Village of Elk River in the County of
Sherburne and State of Minnesota including all accounts audited by said Council.
Village Council met at the store of R.E. Dare on Saturday, February 22, at 3:00 p.m.
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, Justus deBooy, and S. M. Crockettt, trustees, and W.F. Ghadboune, recorder.
Trustee deBooy reported that he has conferred with the Town of Otsego in regard to repairing ice
break in the ??? of the Mississippi river at Bridge with the result that the Village of Elk River should
go ahead and fix ice break and that the town of Otsego would share one half of the expense.
Trustee deBooy proceeded to do so at the cost of $68.35 for whole job sending a bill to the Town of
Otsego for $34.18
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
