07-11-1908 VCM VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING July 11, 1908 The Common Council met at the store of R.E. Dare on Saturday, July 11, 1908 at 3:00 p.m. Present: R.E. Dare, President, J. deBooy, S.M. Crockett trustees, W.F. Ghadboune, recorder. The meeting was called to order by the President at 3:00 p.m. The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and orders drawn on treasurer for this ?? Parsons M.D. was chosen Chairman of the Board of Health to fill vacancy. Recorder was instructed to notify Geo. E. Parsons and also secretary State Board of Health, St Paul, MN.
